Majma al-Zawaid 8207 — The habitual drinker of wine
وَعَنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ صَاحِبُ خَمْسٍ : مُدْمِنُ خَمْرٍ ، وَلَا مُؤْمِنٌ بِسِحْرٍ ، وَلَا قَاطِعُ رَحِمٍ ، وَلَا كَاهِنٌ ، وَلَا مَنَّانٌ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ عَطِيَّةُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ .

Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Five kinds of people will not enter Paradise: the habitual drinker of wine, the one who believes in magic, the one who severs ties of kinship, the soothsayer, and the one who reminds others of his favours."
Ahmad and al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Atiyyah bin Sa'd, and he is da'if (weak), though he has been declared trustworthy.
