بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي الْخَمْرِ وَمَنْ يَشْرَبُهَا .

وَعَنْ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا تَقْرَبُهُمُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ : السَّكْرَانُ ، وَالْمُتَضَمِّخُ بِالزَّعْفَرَانِ ، وَالْحَائِضُ أَوِ الْجُنُبُ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ وَلَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " وَالْحَائِضُ وَالْجُنُبُ " مِنْ غَيْرِ شَكٍّ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ وَلَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " وَالْحَائِضُ وَالْجُنُبُ " مِنْ غَيْرِ شَكٍّ .
Sayyiduna Buraydah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "There are three people whom the angels do not approach: the intoxicated person, the person smeared with saffron, and a menstruating woman or a person in a state of major ritual impurity (junub)."
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Abdullah bin Hakim, and I do not know him; the remaining narrators of this narration are thiqat (trustworthy).
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; however, he recorded these words: "a menstruating woman and a person in a state of major ritual impurity", that is, he recorded them without any doubt.
