بَابٌ فِيمَا أَسْكَرَ كَثِيرُهُ .

Majma al-Zawaid 8110 — That of which a large amount intoxicates
وَعَنْ خَوَّاتِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " مَا أَسْكَرَ كَثِيرُهُ فَقَلِيلُهُ حَرَامٌ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْهَاشِمِيُّ ، قَالَ الْعُقَيْلِيُّ : لَهُ أَحَادِيثُ لَا يُتَابَعُ مِنْهَا عَلَى شَيْءٍ ، وَذَكَرَ لَهُ الذَّهَبِيُّ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ .
وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَ حَدِيثُ أَنَسٍ فِي بَابِ مَا يُسْكِرُ فِي أَوَّلِ هَذِهِ الْوَرَقَةِ بِمَقْلُوبِهَا ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْهَاشِمِيُّ ، قَالَ الْعُقَيْلِيُّ : لَهُ أَحَادِيثُ لَا يُتَابَعُ مِنْهَا عَلَى شَيْءٍ ، وَذَكَرَ لَهُ الذَّهَبِيُّ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ .
وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَ حَدِيثُ أَنَسٍ فِي بَابِ مَا يُسْكِرُ فِي أَوَّلِ هَذِهِ الْوَرَقَةِ بِمَقْلُوبِهَا ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Khawwat bin Jubayr (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whatever intoxicates in a large amount, a small amount of it is also forbidden."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a narrator, Abdullah bin Ishaq al-Hashimi. Al-Uqayli says: "He has hadiths in which he is not corroborated in anything." Al-Dhahabi cited this narration in his entry. Before this, the hadith narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) has already appeared in the chapter on what intoxicates, at the beginning of this leaf, on its reverse side; the narrators of that report are the narrators of the Sahih.
