بَابٌ فِيمَا يُسْكِرُ .

Majma al-Zawaid 8108 — That which intoxicates
وَعَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " لَا تَنْتَبِذُوا فِي الدُّبَّاءِ وَلَا فِي الْجَرِّ وَلَا فِي الْمُزَفَّتِ وَكُلُّ شَرَابٍ أَسْكَرَ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ " .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ ، وَفِيهِ ضَعْفٌ وَحَدِيثُهُ حَسَنٌ .
قُلْتُ : وَتَأْتِي أَحَادِيثُ مِنْ هَذَا الْبَابِ فِي بَابِ الْأَوْعِيَةِ ، إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ ، وَفِيهِ ضَعْفٌ وَحَدِيثُهُ حَسَنٌ .
قُلْتُ : وَتَأْتِي أَحَادِيثُ مِنْ هَذَا الْبَابِ فِي بَابِ الْأَوْعِيَةِ ، إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ .
Sayyidah Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her) reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not prepare nabidh in the dubba (gourd), the earthenware jar or the muzaffat (tarred vessel); and any drink that intoxicates is forbidden."
Abu Ya'la and al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Aqil, in whom there is weakness, and his hadith is hasan (good). (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Other hadiths related to this chapter will come later in the chapter on vessels, if Allah wills.
