وَعَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْجُبْنِ فَقَالَ : ضَعِ السِّكِّينَ وَسَمِّ وَكُلْ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

It is reported about Sayyiduna Imam al-Hasan bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that he was asked about cheese, and he said: "Put the knife to it, say Bismillah and eat."
