وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " أَطْعِمُوا نِسَاءَكُمُ الْوُلَّدَ الرُّطَبَ ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ رُطَبٌ فَالتَّمْرَ ، وَلَيْسَ مِنَ الشَّجَرَةِ أَكْرَمُ عَلَى اللَّهِ مِنْ شَجَرَةٍ نَزَلَتْ تَحْتَهَا مَرْيَمُ بِنْتُ عِمْرَانَ " .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى وَفِيهِ مَسْرُورُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Feed your women who are giving birth fresh dates (rutab); if there are no fresh dates, then dried dates (tamr). There is no tree more honoured with Allah Almighty than the tree beneath which Sayyidah Maryam bint Imran (may Allah be pleased with her) stayed."
Imam Abu Ya'la recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Masrur bin Sa'id, and he is da'if (weak).
