عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " كِيلُوا طَعَامَكُمْ يُبَارَكْ لَكُمْ فِيهِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَفِيهِ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ لِاخْتِلَاطِهِ .

Sayyiduna Abu al-Darda' (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Measure your food grain, and there will be blessing for you in it."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Abu Bakr bin Abi Maryam, and he is da'if (weak) because he suffered from confusion (ikhtilat).
