بَابُ الْأَكْلِ مُتَّكِئًا .

Majma al-Zawaid 7918 — Eating while reclining
وَعَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَا تَأْكُلْ مُتَّكِئًا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Abu al-Darda' (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not eat reclining."
Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
