بَابٌ فِيمَنْ يُكْثِرُ الطَّلَاقَ وَسَبَبِ الطَّلَاقِ .

عَنْ فُضَالَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " ثَلَاثٌ لَا يَجُوزُ اللَّعِبُ فِيهِنَّ : الطَّلَاقُ وَالنِّكَاحُ وَالْعِتْقُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، وَحَدِيثُهُ حَسَنٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَتْ أَحَادِيثُ نَحْوُ هَذَا .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، وَحَدِيثُهُ حَسَنٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَتْ أَحَادِيثُ نَحْوُ هَذَا .
Sayyiduna Fudalah bin Ubayd al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Play (that is, jest) is not permissible in three things: giving divorce, contracting marriage, and freeing a slave."
Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Ibn Lahi'ah, whose hadith is hasan (good), and the remaining narrators of this report are the narrators of the Sahih. Hadiths of this kind have already passed before this.
