Book of Divorce
بَابٌ فِيمَنْ يُكْثِرُ الطَّلَاقَ وَسَبَبِ الطَّلَاقِ .
One who divorces often, and the cause of divorce

وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ امْرَأَتِي لَا تَدَعُ يَدَ لَامِسٍ قَالَ : " طَلِّقْهَا " قَالَ : إِنِّي أُحِبُّهَا وَهِيَ جَمِيلَةٌ قَالَ : " فَاسْتَمْتِعْ مِنْهَا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: "O Messenger of Allah! My wife does not push away the hand of anyone who touches her." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Divorce her." He said: "I love her, and she is very beautiful." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Then take benefit from her."
