Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "One who earns for his parents, so as to provide for them or to make them independent of people, is counted as being in the path of Allah. One who earns for himself, so as to make himself independent (of people) or to keep himself from (begging from) people, is counted as being in the path of Allah. And one who earns to amass more is in the path of Satan."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains Ishaq bin Sayyid, who is da'if (weak). The hadith narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) will come in the chapter on righteousness and maintaining family ties, in which it is mentioned that one who earns for his children and siblings is likewise.
