Majma al-Zawaid 7646 — The rights of a husband over his wife

Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O company of women! Fear Allah and seek the pleasure of your husbands, for if a woman knew what her husband's right is, she would keep standing for as long as his morning meal or evening meal is present (that is, she would remain standing by him while he eats)."
Al-Bazzar recorded it. Its chain contains al-Hakam bin Ya'la bin Ata' al-Muharibi, and he is matruk (abandoned).
