وَعَنْ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ : جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَقَالَ : مَا خَلُصْتُ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ إِلَّا بِقَيْنَةٍ أُرِيدُ بِهَا السُّوقَ ، وَأَنَا أَعْزِلُ عَنْهَا ؟ قَالَ : " جَاءَهَا مَا قُدِّرَ لَهَا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ مِنْدَلُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ .

Sayyiduna Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: From the polytheists I received only one slave girl (as my share of the spoils), whom I want to sell in the market; may I practise 'azl with her? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: What has been decreed for her will come to her.
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains Mindal bin Ali, who is da'if (weak), though he has been declared trustworthy.
