عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - الْمُسَوِّفَةَ وَالْمُفَسِّلَةَ .
فَأَمَّا الْمُسَوِّفَةُ : فَالَّتِي إِذَا أَرَادَهَا زَوْجُهَا قَالَتْ : سَوْفَ ، الْآنَ .
وَأَمَّا الْمُفَسِّلَةُ : الَّتِي إِذَا أَرَادَهَا زَوْجُهَا قَالَتْ : إِنِّي حَائِضٌ . وَلَيْسَتْ بِحَائِضٍ .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَفِيهِ يَحْيَى بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ مَتْرُوكٌ .
فَأَمَّا الْمُسَوِّفَةُ : فَالَّتِي إِذَا أَرَادَهَا زَوْجُهَا قَالَتْ : سَوْفَ ، الْآنَ .
وَأَمَّا الْمُفَسِّلَةُ : الَّتِي إِذَا أَرَادَهَا زَوْجُهَا قَالَتْ : إِنِّي حَائِضٌ . وَلَيْسَتْ بِحَائِضٍ .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَفِيهِ يَحْيَى بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ مَتْرُوكٌ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed the musawwifah and the mufassilah.
(The narrator says:) As for the musawwifah, it refers to a woman whose husband wishes to be intimate with her and she says: "We will do it in a little while." As for the word mufassilah, it refers to a woman whose husband wishes to be intimate with her and she says that she is menstruating, although she is not menstruating.
Imam Abu Ya'la recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Yahya bin al-Ala', who is da'if (weak) and matruk (abandoned).
