عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ يَزِيدَ أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَالرِّجَالُ وَالنِّسَاءُ قُعُودٌ عِنْدَهُ فَقَالَ : " لَعَلَّ رَجُلًا يَقُولُ مَا يَفْعَلُ بِأَهْلِهِ . وَلَعَلَّ امْرَأَةً تُخْبِرُ بِمَا فَعَلَتْ مَعَ زَوْجِهَا ؟ " فَأَزَمَّ الْقَوْمُ فَقُلْتُ : أَيْ وَاللَّهِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّهُمْ لَيَفْعَلُونَ ، وَإِنَّهُنَّ لَيَفْعَلْنَ . قَالَ : " فَلَا تَفْعَلُوا ، فَإِنَّمَا مَثَلُ ذَلِكَ مَثَلُ شَيْطَانٍ لَقِيَ شَيْطَانَةً فَغَشِيَهَا وَالنَّاسُ يَنْظُرُونَ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ شَهْرُ بْنُ حَوْشَبٍ ، وَحَدِيثُهُ حَسَنٌ ، وَفِيهِ ضَعْفٌ .

Sayyidah Asma' bint Yazid (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that she was with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and some men and women were sitting with him. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Does it happen that sometimes a man relates what he does with his wife, and sometimes a woman relates what she has done with her husband?" The people remained silent. I said: "Yes! By Allah! O Messenger of Allah! The men do this, and the women do it too." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not do so! Its likeness is that of a male devil who meets a female devil and begins to have intercourse with her while people are watching."
Imam Ahmad and Imam al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Shahr bin Hawshab; his chain is hasan (good), and there is weakness in him.
