بَابٌ فِيمَنْ نَكَحَ أَوْ أَعْتَقَ أَوْ طَلَّقَ لَاعِبًا .
One who marries, frees a slave or divorces in jest

وَعَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ أَنَّ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ : مَنْ نَكَحَ لَاعِبًا أَوْ طَلَّقَ لَاعِبًا ، فَقَدْ جَازَ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ مُعْضِلٌ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
وَيَأْتِي فِي الطَّلَاقِ أَحَادِيثُ مِنْ هَذَا إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ ، وَقَدْ مَضَى فِي الْعِتْقِ بَعْضُهَا .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ مُعْضِلٌ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Abd al-Karim narrates: Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Whoever marries in jest or divorces in jest, it is valid (that is, it will be counted as established)."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it; it is mu'dal (with two or more consecutive narrators missing), and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
