Book of Marriage
بَابٌ فِيمَنْ يَزْنِي بِالْمَرْأَةِ ، [ ثُمَّ ] يَتَزَوَّجُهَا أَوْ يَتَزَوَّجُ ابْنَتَهَا أَوْ أُمَّهَا أَوْ يَتْبَعُ الْأُمَّ حَرَامًا .
One who commits fornication with a woman and then marries her, her daughter or her mother, or pursues the mother unlawfully

وَعَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَعَائِشَةَ قَالَا : لَا يَزَالَا زَانِيَيْنِ مَا اجْتَمَعَا .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ . وَالشَّعْبِيُّ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ مِنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، وَقَدْ سَمِعَ مِنْ عَائِشَةَ ، وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ بِإِسْنَادٍ صَحِيحٍ إِلَى ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ أَيْضًا .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ . وَالشَّعْبِيُّ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ مِنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، وَقَدْ سَمِعَ مِنْ عَائِشَةَ ، وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ بِإِسْنَادٍ صَحِيحٍ إِلَى ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ أَيْضًا .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) and Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) state: "The two of them remain fornicators for as long as they stay together."
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Al-Sha'bi did not hear from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him); its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, and he did hear from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her). He has
also recorded this narration with an authentic (sahih) chain from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him).
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Al-Sha'bi did not hear from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him); its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, and he did hear from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her). He has
