وَعَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَا شِغَارَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ " قَالُوا : وَمَا الشِّغَارُ ؟ قَالَ : " نِكَاحُ الْمَرْأَةِ بِالْمَرْأَةِ لَا صَدَاقَ بَيْنَهُمَا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الصَّغِيرِ ، وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ يُوسُفُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ السَّمْتِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ وَالسَّنَدُ مُنْقَطِعٌ أَيْضًا .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الصَّغِيرِ ، وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ يُوسُفُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ السَّمْتِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ وَالسَّنَدُ مُنْقَطِعٌ أَيْضًا .
Sayyiduna Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no shighar in Islam." The people asked: "What is meant by shighar?" He said: "Marrying a woman in exchange for a woman, such that there is no dowry (mahr) between them."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Yusuf bin Khalid al-Samti, who is da'if (weak), and its chain is also broken (munqati').
