وَعَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَا رَضَاعَ بَعْدَ الْفِطَامِ ، وَلَا يُتْمَ بَعْدَ حُلُمٍ ، وَلَا صَمْتَ يَوْمٍ إِلَى اللَّيْلِ ، وَلَا طَلَاقَ إِلَّا بَعْدَ نِكَاحٍ " .
قُلْتُ : رَوَى أَبُو دَاوُدَ بَعْضَهُ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ مُطَرِّفُ بْنُ مَازِنٍ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
قُلْتُ : رَوَى أَبُو دَاوُدَ بَعْضَهُ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ مُطَرِّفُ بْنُ مَازِنٍ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyiduna Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The ruling of breastfeeding is not established after weaning; the ruling of orphanhood is not established after reaching puberty; staying silent until night has no standing; and divorce can only be given after marriage."
(Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Abu Dawud recorded part of it.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a narrator, Mutarrif bin Mazin, who is da'if (weak).
