عَنِ الْمُسْتَوْرِدِ بْنِ الْأَحْنَفِ قَالَ : جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ فَقَالَ : إِنَّ عَمِّي أَنْكَحَنِي وَلِيدَتَهُ ، وَإِنَّهَا وَلَدَتْ لِي ، وَإِنَّهُ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَسْتَرِقَّهُمْ ؟ فَقَالَ : لَيْسَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Mustawrid bin al-Ahnaf narrates: A man came to Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) and said: "My paternal uncle married me to his slave woman, and that slave woman bore me children; now my uncle wants to make those children his slaves." Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "He has no right to that."
