Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 7229

Sayyiduna Ubadah bin al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "When the slave of one of you has prepared food, borne its heat, and having prepared it, set it before him, the man should call that slave and have him eat with him; and if he does not do so, then he should place in his hand some of the food he has prepared."
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its chain is munqati' (broken).
