بَابٌ فِيمَنْ أَسْلَمَ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ أَحَدٌ، وَلَمْ يَتْرُكْ وَارِثًا .

عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ أَنَّهُ أَتَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَقَالَ : إِنَّ رَجُلًا أَسْلَمَ عَلَى يَدَيَّ وَلَهُ مَالٌ وَقَدْ مَاتَ . قَالَ : " فَلَكَ مِيرَاثُهُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ مِنْ رِوَايَةِ بَقِيَّةَ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي كَثِيرُ بْنُ مُرَّةَ ، فَإِنْ كَانَ سَمِعَ مِنْهُ فَالْحَدِيثُ صَحِيحٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ مِنْ رِوَايَةِ بَقِيَّةَ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي كَثِيرُ بْنُ مُرَّةَ ، فَإِنْ كَانَ سَمِعَ مِنْهُ فَالْحَدِيثُ صَحِيحٌ .
Sayyiduna Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that he came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: A man accepted Islam at my hands; he has wealth, and he has died. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "His inheritance will go to you."
Al-Tabarani recorded it through the narration of Baqiyyah, who said: Kathir bin Murrah narrated to me. If he did hear from him, then this hadith is "sahih" (authentic).
