وَعَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ أَنْ زُرَارَةَ بْنَ جُزَيٍّ قَالَ لِعُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ : إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - كَتَبَ إِلَى الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ أَنْ يُوَرِّثَ امْرَأَةَ أَشْيَمَ الضَّبَابِيِّ مِنْ دِيَةِ زَوْجِهَا .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Mughirah bin Shu'bah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Sayyiduna Zurarah bin Juzayy (may Allah be pleased with him) said to Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) wrote to Dahhak bin Sufyan that he should make the wife of Ashyam al-Dibabi an heir from the blood money of her husband.
