وَعَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خُدَيْجٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " الْمُسْلِمُونَ عِنْدَ شُرُوطِهِمْ فِيمَا أُحِلَّ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ حَكِيمُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ ، وَقَالَ أَبُو زُرْعَةَ : مَحَلُّهُ الصِّدْقُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ حَكِيمُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ ، وَقَالَ أَبُو زُرْعَةَ : مَحَلُّهُ الصِّدْقُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ .
Sayyiduna Rafi' bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions, provided they are lawful" (or: provided they concern what is lawful).
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains Hakim bin Jubayr, who is matruk (abandoned), while Abu Zur'ah said: His standing is that of truthfulness, if Allah wills.
