Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 7037

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever gives testimony by which the wealth of a Muslim man is made lawful, or by which his blood is shed, has made Hell obligatory for himself."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and al-Bazzar also recorded it, adding these words: "Whoever drinks a drink until the intellect that Allah Almighty gave him departs has committed one of the major sins."
Abu Ya'la also recorded it, except that he narrated these words: "Whoever (meaning) conceals testimony and thereby seizes the wealth of a Muslim," and the rest of the narration is as before. Its chain contains Hanash, whose name is Husayn bin Qays, and he is matruk (abandoned), while Abu Mihsan claimed that he was a truthful shaykh.
