وَعَنْ ثَوْبَانَ قَالَ : لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - الرَّاشِيَ وَالْمُرْتَشِيَ وَالرَّائِشَ - يَعْنِي الَّذِي يَمْشِي بَيْنَهُمَا - .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالْبَزَّارُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ أَبُو الْخَطَّابِ ، وَهُوَ مَجْهُولٌ .

Sayyiduna Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed the one who gives a bribe, the one who takes a bribe, and the ra'ish (the narrator says: meaning the person who arranges the dealing between the two of them).
