وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " مَا مِنْ أَمِيرِ عَشِيرَةٍ إِلَّا يُؤْتَى بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَغْلُولًا لَا يَفُكُّهُ إِلَّا الْعَدْلُ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، وَرَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " حَتَّى يَفُكَّ عَنْهُ الْعَدْلُ أَوْ يُوبِقَهُ الْجَوْرُ " .
وَلِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ طُرُقٌ فِي الْخِلَافَةِ .

وَلِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ طُرُقٌ فِي الْخِلَافَةِ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Every leader of a clan, when he is brought on the Day of Resurrection, will have his hands bound, and nothing but justice will free him."
Ahmad recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
Abu Ya'la also recorded it, but with these words: "Either justice will free him, or injustice will destroy him." This report has various routes, which will come in the chapter on the caliphate.
