عَنْ عُبَادَةَ قَالَ " إِنَّ مِنْ قَضَاءِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَنَّهُ لَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ " .
رَوَاهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ فِي حَدِيثٍ طَوِيلٍ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ . وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يَحْيَى لَمْ يُدْرِكْ عُبَادَةَ .
رَوَاهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ فِي حَدِيثٍ طَوِيلٍ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ . وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يَحْيَى لَمْ يُدْرِكْ عُبَادَةَ .
Sayyiduna Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: Among the judgments of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was this: an unjust person has no right to what he plants (by usurping land).
Abdullah bin Ahmad recorded it within a lengthy hadith.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and Ishaq bin Yahya did not live in the time of Sayyiduna Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him).
