Majma al-Zawaid 6866 — Usurpation and the sanctity of a Muslim's

Abu Hurrah al-Raqashi, from his paternal uncle, reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "The property of a Muslim man is not lawful without his consent."
Abu Ya'la recorded it. Abu Dawud declared Abu Hurrah thiqah (trustworthy), and Yahya bin Ma'in declared him da'if (weak).
