Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 6854

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: We were ordered that when we heard someone announcing a lost item in the mosque, we should say: "May you not find it."
Al-Bazzar recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except Muhammad bin Isma'il bin Samurah, who is thiqah (trustworthy). Some hadiths of this kind have already passed in the chapter on prayer.
