بَابٌ فِيمَنْ يَضَعُ خَشَبَهُ عَلَى جِدَارِ جَارِهِ .

وَعَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " مَنْ سَأَلَهُ جَارُهُ أَنْ يَغْرِزَ خَشَبَةً فِي جِدَارِهِ فَلَا يَمْنَعْهُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ خَلَا شُعَيْبَ بْنَ يَحْيَى ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ .

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If a person's neighbour asks him to let him fix a piece of wood in his wall, he should not forbid him."
Imam Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except for Shu'ayb bin Yahya, whose case is different, though he is thiqah (trustworthy).
