بَابٌ فِيمَنْ يَضَعُ خَشَبَهُ عَلَى جِدَارِ جَارِهِ .

Majma al-Zawaid 6806 — One who rests his beams on his neighbour's wall
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " مَنْ بَنَى حَائِطًا فَلْيُدَعِّمْ عَلَى جِدَارِ أَخِيهِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever builds walls may place beams on his brother's wall."
Imam Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
