بَابٌ فِيمَنْ يَضَعُ خَشَبَهُ عَلَى جِدَارِ جَارِهِ .
One who rests his beams on his neighbour's wall
Majma al-Zawaid 6805 — One who rests his beams on his neighbour's wall
وَلَهُ فِي رِوَايَةٍ : " وَلِلرَّجُلِ أَنْ يَضَعَ خَشَبَهُ عَلَى حَائِطِ جَارِهِ " .
In a narration from him, the words are: "A man has the right to place his wood (that is, his beams) on his neighbour's wall."
