بَابٌ فِيمَنْ غَيَّرَ عَلَامَ الْأَرْضِ .
One who alters the boundary markers of land

وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ غَيَّرَ تُخُومَ الْأَرْضِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَغَضَبُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ صَرْفًا ، وَلَا عَدْلًا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ كَثِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، وَقَدْ أَجْمَعُوا عَلَى ضَعْفِهِ إِلَّا أَنَّ التِّرْمِذِيَّ حَسَّنَ لَهُ بَعْضَ حَدِيثِهِ ، وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ كَثِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، وَقَدْ أَجْمَعُوا عَلَى ضَعْفِهِ إِلَّا أَنَّ التِّرْمِذِيَّ حَسَّنَ لَهُ بَعْضَ حَدِيثِهِ ، وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ .
Sayyiduna Amr bin Awf (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever alters the boundary markers of land, upon him will be the curse of Allah Almighty and His wrath on the Day of Resurrection; Allah Almighty will not accept from him any obligatory or voluntary worship."
Imam Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Kathir bin Abdullah, upon whose weakness the hadith scholars agree, except that Imam Tirmidhi declared a hadith narrated by him hasan (good). And Allah knows best.
