بَابٌ فِيمَنْ غَيَّرَ عَلَامَ الْأَرْضِ .
One who alters the boundary markers of land

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَلْعُونٌ مَنْ تَوَلَّى غَيْرَ مَوَالِيهِ، مَلْعُونٌ مَنِ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ، مَلْعُونٌ مَنْ غَيَّرَ عَلَامَ الْأَرْضِ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْبَيْلَمَانِيِّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
وَيَأْتِي لِابْنِ عُمَرَ حَدِيثٌ فِي الْغَصَبِ غَيْرُ هَذَا رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْبَيْلَمَانِيِّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
وَيَأْتِي لِابْنِ عُمَرَ حَدِيثٌ فِي الْغَصَبِ غَيْرُ هَذَا رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Cursed is the one who attributes himself to someone other than the master who freed him; cursed is the one who attributes himself to someone other than his father; and cursed is the one who alters the boundary markers of land."
Imam Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Muhammad bin Abd al-Rahman bin al-Baylamani, and he is da'if (weak). A hadith narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) concerning usurpation will come later, and it is other than this narration;
Imam Ahmad recorded it.
