Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 66

It is narrated about Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Ma'iz (may Allah be pleased with him) that he came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Ma'iz has accepted Islam and thereby secured his wealth; now no one will commit an offence against him except his own hand." The narrator says: So I pledged allegiance to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) on that.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Hunayd bin al-Qasim, who is majhul (unknown).
