وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - لَعَنَ آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُؤَكِّلَهُ ، وَكَاتِبَهُ ، وَشَاهِدَهُ ، وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ .
قُلْتُ : رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدُ ، وَغَيْرُهُ خَلَا قَوْلَهُ : " وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ عِيسَى بْنُ أَبِي عِيسَى الْحَنَّاطُ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .
قُلْتُ : رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدُ ، وَغَيْرُهُ خَلَا قَوْلَهُ : " وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ عِيسَى بْنُ أَبِي عِيسَى الْحَنَّاطُ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed the one who consumes usury (riba), the one who pays it, the one who writes it down and its witness, when they know (what they are doing). (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say:
Abu Dawud and others recorded this report, but they did not report these words: "when they know".
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Isa bin Abi Isa al-Hannat, and he is matruk (abandoned).
