بَابُ بَيْعِ الْمُصَرَّاةِ وَصَبْرِ الْبَهَائِمِ .
Selling an animal with milk left in its udder, and tying up animals to be killed

وَعَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَا تُرْسِلُوا الْإِبِلَ هَمَلًا صَرُّوهَا صَرًّا ، فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ يَرْضَعُهَا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ عُمَرُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْأَنْصَارِيُّ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .
قُلْتُ : قَدْ مَرَّ فِي بَابِ مَا نُهِيَ عَنْهُ مِنَ الْبُيُوعِ مَا يَتَضَمَّنُ النَّهْيَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمُصَرَّاةِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ عُمَرُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْأَنْصَارِيُّ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .
قُلْتُ : قَدْ مَرَّ فِي بَابِ مَا نُهِيَ عَنْهُ مِنَ الْبُيُوعِ مَا يَتَضَمَّنُ النَّهْيَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمُصَرَّاةِ .
Sayyiduna Salamah bin al-Akwa' (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not leave camels loose without a herdsman! Keep their udders tied, for Satan suckles their milk."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Umar bin Musa al-Ansari, who is matruk (abandoned). (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: A report containing the prohibition of selling an animal whose milk has been held back has already passed in the chapter on the sales that were forbidden.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Umar bin Musa al-Ansari, who is matruk (abandoned).
