بَابُ بَيْعِ الْمُصَرَّاةِ وَصَبْرِ الْبَهَائِمِ .

وَعَنْ أَبِي لَيْلَى أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " مَنِ اشْتَرَى نَاقَةً مُصَرَّاةً ، فَإِنْ كَرِهَهَا فَلْيَرُدَّهَا ، وَصَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Abu Layla (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever buys a she-camel whose milk has been held back in her udder (tasriyah), then if he dislikes her, let him return her, and give a sa' of dates as well."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
