وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمَلَاقِيحِ وَالْمَضَامِينِ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ صَالِحُ بْنُ أَبِي الْأَخْضَرِ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the sale of malaqih (that is, the offspring still in the loins of the male animal) and madamin (that is, the offspring still in the womb of the female animal).
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains a narrator Salih bin Abi al-Akhdar, who is da'if (weak).
