بَابٌ فِيمَا يَجُوزُ مِنَ الشُّرُوطِ وَمَا لَا يَجُوزُ .

Majma al-Zawaid 6393 — Which conditions are permissible
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " كُلُّ شَرْطٍ لَيْسَ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ فَهُوَ بَاطِلٌ ، وَإِنْ كَانَ مِائَةَ شَرْطٍ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Every condition that is not permitted in the Book of Allah will be counted void, even if it were a hundred conditions."
