وَعَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي غَرَزَةَ قَالَ : مَرَّ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بِرَجُلٍ يَبِيعُ طَعَامًا فَقَالَ : " يَا صَاحِبَ الطَّعَامِ ، أَسْفَلُ هَذَا مِثْلُ أَعْلَاهُ ؟ " . فَقَالَ : نَعَمْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مَنْ غَشَّ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَلَيْسَ مِنْهُمْ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Qays bin Abi Gharazah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by a man who was selling grain. He said, "O owner of the grain! Is the lower part of it like its upper part?" He replied, "Yes, O Messenger of Allah!" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever deceives the Muslims is not one of them."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
