عَنْ سَلْمَانَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يَنْظُرُ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ : أُشَيْمِطٌ زَانٍ ، وَعَائِلٌ مُسْتَكْبِرٌ ، وَرَجُلٌ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ بِضَاعَتَهُ لَا يَشْتَرِي إِلَّا بِيَمِينِهِ ، وَلَا يَبِيعُ إِلَّا بِيَمِينِهِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الثَّلَاثَةِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الصَّغِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ : " ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ ، وَلَا يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ " . فَذَكَرُهُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الثَّلَاثَةِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الصَّغِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ : " ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ ، وَلَا يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ " . فَذَكَرُهُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Salman al-Farisi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There are three (kinds of people) whom Allah Almighty will not look at on the Day of Resurrection: an elderly (grey-haired) adulterer, a proud poor man, and a man whom Allah Almighty has given merchandise, and he buys it only with an oath by His name and sells it only with an oath by His name."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in all three books; however, in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat he recorded these words: "There are three (kinds of people) to whom Allah Almighty will not speak, whom He will not purify, and for them there will be a painful punishment," and then he mentioned the narration as before. Its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
