بَابٌ فِي التُّجَّارِ وَمَا يَنْبَغِي لَهُمْ مِنَ الشُّرُوطِ فِي بَيْعِهِمْ .

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَتَى جَمَاعَةً مِنَ التُّجَّارِ ، فَقَالَ : " يَا مَعْشَرَ التُّجَّارِ ، " . فَاسْتَجَابُوا لَهُ وَمَدُّوا أَعْنَاقَهُمْ ، فَقَالَ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَاعِثُكُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فُجَّارًا إِلَّا مَنْ صَدَقَ وَبَرَّ وَأَدَّى الْأَمَانَةَ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ عُبَيْدَةَ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) says: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to a group of merchants and said: "O company of merchants!" They responded to him and turned their necks towards him, and he said: "On the Day of Resurrection Allah Almighty will raise you up as wicked people, except the one who speaks the truth, does good and fulfils the trust."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains al-Harith bin Ubaydah, who is da'if (weak).
