Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 6014

Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever eats, or drinks, or shoots at game, and then forgets to mention the name of Allah, let him eat of it, as long as he has not deliberately left out the Bismillah."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. Its chain contains a narrator, Utbah bin al-Sakan, and he is matruk (abandoned).
