وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَأْمُرُ بِالْفَرَعَةِ مِنَ الْغَنَمِ ، مِنْ خَمْسَةٍ وَاحِدٌ .
قُلْتُ : لَهَا عِنْدَ أَبِي دَاوُدَ : " مِنْ كُلِّ خَمْسِينَ شَاةً شَاةٌ " . مِنْ غَيْرِ ذِكْرِ الْفَرَعَةِ .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
قُلْتُ : لَهَا عِنْدَ أَبِي دَاوُدَ : " مِنْ كُلِّ خَمْسِينَ شَاةً شَاةٌ " . مِنْ غَيْرِ ذِكْرِ الْفَرَعَةِ .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) commanding the fara'ah from goats: one out of every five (is to be sacrificed). (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Imam Abu Dawud recorded this report from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her): "From every fifty goats, one goat (is to be slaughtered)." In it he did not mention the fara'ah.
