Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 5900

Sayyiduna Ka'b bin Ujrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever performs ablution (wudu) and does it well, then goes to the Mosque of Quba, intending to go nowhere else, going only to pray in the Mosque of Quba, and then prays four rak'ahs in that mosque, reciting Surah al-Fatihah in each rak'ah, will receive (reward) like the reward of one who performs Umrah to the House of Allah."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Yazid bin Abd al-Malik al-Nawfali, who is da'if (weak).
