Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) states: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Indeed, Allah Almighty turns His attention to the people of Arafat and boasts about them before the angels, saying: 'O My angels! Look at My servants, dishevelled and covered in dust; they have travelled to Me from different regions. I make you witness that I have accepted their supplication, accepted the intercession for their subjects, handed over their wrongdoers to their righteous, and given their righteous everything they asked of Me, except that the matter of the dealings among themselves is different.' When the people depart for Muzdalifah, stand there and once again express their longing and requests in the court of Allah Almighty, Allah Almighty says: 'O My angels! My servants are standing, and they are once again expressing their longing and requests. I make you witness and say that I have accepted their supplication, increased the reward of what they are looking after, granted their wrongdoers to their righteous, given their righteous everything they asked of Me, and I have also taken responsibility for the disputed matters among themselves.'"
Abu Ya'la recorded it; its chain contains Salih al-Murri, who is da'if (weak).
