وَعَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ قَالَ : قَامَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ عَلَى الصَّفَا عِنْدَ صَدْعٍ فِيهِ فَقَالَ : هَاهُنَا - وَالَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ - مَقَامُ الَّذِي أُنْزِلَتْ عَلَيْهِ سُورَةُ الْبَقَرَةِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ يَزِيدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ; وَلَمْ أَجِدْ مَنْ تَرْجَمَهُ .

Alqamah narrates: Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) stood on Safa at a cleft in it and said: "By the One besides whom there is no god, this is the standing place of the one upon whom Surah al-Baqarah was revealed, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. Its chain contains Yazid bin al-Walid, and I have not found anyone giving his biography.
