بَابٌ فِيمَنْ طَافَ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ أُسْبُوعٍ .

عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ : طُفْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَمِنَّا مَنْ طَافَ سَبْعًا ، وَمِنَّا مَنْ طَافَ ثَمَانِيًا ، وَمِنَّا مَنْ طَافَ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا حَرَجَ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَفِيهِ الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ ، وَحَدِيثُهُ حَسَنٌ .

Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: We were performing tawaf with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Some of us completed seven circuits, some completed eight, and some completed more than that. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no harm."
Imam Ahmad recorded it. Its chain contains al-Hajjaj bin Artah, and his hadith is hasan (good).
